quisiera resolver una duda, hace unos meses compre el paquete de todos los programas, me sale la factura del mes de septiembre que ya ha sido cancelada pero aun asi me pide que actualice mi forma de pago y me pide que pague nuevamente, ¿que podria hacer en este caso?
