Version N/A

MAC OS 11.5.2

Basic steps - have tried to cancel several times, my account says it is on free version only - but I keep getting billed.

Stop billing me please.

I have tried contacting support and through Twitter. It says speak to a real person but then there isnt anyone responding. My account says free and offers upgrads but I am being billed £9.98 per month since August. I cancelled after the first month trial and the first month paid. Another payment was also taken. I have asked the bank to cancel it and will take it up with them but this is ridiculous and outs me off ever paying for adobe again.

Please respond Adboe. This is very poor service. I will not pay more in order to upgrade to get better tech support just to tell you I didnt want to pay for this when I am not even getting the service I am being billed for. Data breach was suggested. I chanegd password and cconfirmed the cancellation. But I am still being billed. I will take this up with bank but already lost 45 mins to this today. Not good enough.

these are user forums.  you need to contact adobe to resolve billing issues:

use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

p.s you can also use phone (but chat is usually quicker), https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

p.p.s. you can also use twitter to tweet @AdobeCare

p.p.p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...
