Being charged for school account (and how to cancel my subscription)?

I have a school account to use Creative Cloud which to my understanding is supposed to be free, and the semester I needed it is over, so i don't need it a this time anyway. However, on the same day of every month, I get a $21.23 charge reading "ADOBE *800-833-6687 PURCHASE ADOBE.LY/ENUS CA". My "My Plans" tab is blank, so I don't understand what I'm being charged for. Is there some kind of mistake?

(P.S. Woudln't let me post without selection a topic even though none of them were relavant :P)

Your chat bot just linked me to this post.

Looks like you have a problem adobe. You are taking students money for a long time and offering poor support for them when you don't deliver.

We aren't Adobe!  Around $20 is the normal monthly charge for students, a special price for the first year. However, if your school said it was free, they must mean that they would pay for you. That seems to have gone wrong, and you need to talk to the school, to find out why they aren't paying if they promised to do so. Adobe don't have any support to do, you're paying the cheapest available price.
