Being charged Subs twice per month £15.17 AND £25.28

I've been trying to find out why I'm being charged subs twice? In UK

The £15.17 is Adobe Pro

The £25.28 is showing on my card as: 

ADOBE ACROPRO SUBS
ADOBE.LY/BIL
Computer Software Stores

But isn't showing up on my Adobe account when I log in.

Can somebody help please?

There's no email support.

Beware of people contacting you via the forums' messaging system pretending to work for Adobe! Only those with an "Adobe Employee" tag under their name are legit. Also, Adobe will never offer to contact you via Skype, or use an email account that's not under the adobe.com domain...

I've tried the chat support link, it takes me to the same page as the general help page?

Is this chat support link only available in weekdays?

I don't think so... It worked fine for me. Maybe contacting an agent is only possible during working hours, though.
