Being charged. Trying to cancel but Adobe account says I don't have a plan
So frustrated. Billed by adobe 119.89 to be charged to AX April 1st. When I try to cancel my adobe plan my adobe account says I have no plans. So why is adobe charging me? I was billed directly by adobe.
I got no where with a chat, it was just an endless loop of questions that didn't pertain.
Any suggestions.
