Hi,

I have just received a bill from Adobe  Inc that I am charged $22.59 with my Credit Card. it is activated accidentally and I have not used it.
how can I cancel the plan and refund the amount.
I do not want to be charged monthly and annually or cancellation fees just because of technical issues

How did Adobe get your credit card # if you didn't give it to them?

Check your statement for other invalid charges.  Your card may have been compromised.  Contact your bank.

You agreed to a 1 year contract when you a) downloaded the software, b) installed the software and c) gave Adobe your credit card details.

Inasmuch as you didn't cancel & request a refund within the 14 day grace period, you're on the hook for the full 12 months.

OPTION 1:  Cancel early and pay a 50% termination fee.

OPTION 2: Wait until your 12 month of service to cancel and avoid the penalty fee.

OPTION 3: Contact Adobe directly and see if you can persuade the agent to waive the fee.  However, it's unlikely that you'll get a refund -- too much time has passed.

    Good luck!
