I have been running into this problem. I have paid for my adobe student pack but the plans are not showing up. I get this error msg. We’ve received payment for your new plan. You’ll be able to manage this plan shortly.
What should I do now?

Dear friends,
I am a customer of Cedip Cloud for Teachers since quite a bit. Every time I get a summary of my bank account I realize that most payments are not being made according to the 19 dollars agreement but much more. I trust Adobe and do not consider necessary to check if i am being charged the correct amount every month. Sadly, today I confirmed that that is the case (27 thousand CLP$ or more. I have mixed feelings with this business method. Just tell me honestly what should I pay as owner of an academic account. What about all the payments in excess for so many months? Many thanks in advance.

I also would like to switch all my work to my university account rgomezmo@uc.cl just in case that could be used as an excuse. Many, many thanks, Rich.

the first year of all (afaik) annual subscriptions are offered at a discounted rate. thereafter, the cost increases.
if you still think there's an error, what plan do you have, or using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com....
p.p.s you can also use phone (but chat is usually quicker), https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
p.p.p.s. you can also use twitter to tweet @AdobeCare.
