Billing issue

I have had funds taken from my bank account for a trial which I didn't sign up for. I had to register tonight to access Adobe to raise the query . I can't locate how you can get through to anyone to discuss the transaction. Please can you let me know where I can raise this before I contact my bank tomorrow.  Thank you for your help.

Please go to Adobe Customer Service (make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups on your browser) and only ask to have your activations reset:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

When you contact your bank ask to spead to the fraud department... if you didn't sign up, someone took your bank information

If you or a family member did not order,  how did Adobe get your payment card details?  Ordering a trial is a 3 step process.

 

Do you have any other unauthorized charges on that card?  Contact your bank. They will ask you to sign some legal papers before closing the account and contacting law enforcement.  Adobe can't help you with a stolen card as they are victims, too.

 

If you did order and forgot to cancel within the 14 day grace period, there is a 50% early termination fee.
