Billing issue
Howdy!
I hope y'all doing great 😄 I recently encountered a billing issue with my Adobe subscription. Upon the expiration of my free trial today, I noticed that I hadn't been charged. After confirming that my card information was correct, I used the "Retry this payment method" option, and the transaction went through successfully. I received the invoice, and my bank account reflects the charge.
However, my account still indicates a billing issue. When attempting to tap on "Manage payment method," a new tab opens, and a message appears: "Unable to manage. You must resolve an issue with your payment details before making any changes to your plan. If you take no action, your plan will automatically be canceled."
How do I fix this?
