Billing Issue

Greetings

I subscribed and used Premier Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Media Encoder, and 100 GB of cloud storage. For this so far I am paying from a Credit card 2,394.22/mo but this month to my shock it is ₹4,230.30/mo. I have not been informed about this plan variation. To my surprise, my account shows there is a billing issue.

    I am writing to inform you that I recently received your email dated 01-10-2023, which I unfortunately missed. As a result, I was unaware of the change in my subscription plan from ₹2,394.22/month inclusive of GST to ₹4,230.3/month inclusive of GST, which was implemented on 31-10-2023. This sudden increase in cost has placed a significant financial burden on me, and I am unable to afford this amount.
     
    I kindly request that you consider canceling or providing a discount on my subscription plan without any penalty charges. As a senior citizen aged 66 years, I use your software for hobby purposes only and not for commercial use. I would greatly appreciate your consideration in this matter.

    These are peer to peer forum with little to no participation of Adobe employees. So you are not talking to Adobe through these forums. What you should do is contact Adobe support and let them know your situation, they will help you out in the best way possible. To contact support follow the instructions given below
    1. Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
    2. Wait a bit on the page that opens up, it should automatically open a chat popup. If that does not happen then look for a call out/chat icon at the bottom right, click over it and the chat popup should open
    3. In order to talk to a human type "AGENT" in the chat box
    4. If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your adblockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.

    This hike in the price is totally not aware of, hence I don't want to continue the enhanced subscription starting from 31-10-2023. Please do the needful without deducting any amount further.

    We are volunteers and cannot see your account information. Please contact Adobe Customer Care as per the directions in the first reply in this thread. Again, they are the only ones who can assist.

    after the first year introductory price, subscription prices generally increase.

    What kind of plan did you have? Student? Special rate for first time user? Did it revert to full price after one year?
