I was recently billed for an annual subscription that I cancelled last year. The subscription also doesn't show up anywhere on my account. How do I go about cancelling permanently and getting my money back?

    It's possible you or a family member have a 2nd subscription under another ID (email).

    Or perhaps you have a mobile app from Google Play or Apple Stores.  If the latter, contact Google or Apple to cancel.
