I was billed $22.99 (Which is R357.70 in South Afrian currency when converted) and that is what was deducted. I'm not even using this product, I thought I'd have a pc or laptop by now but decided against it. Now getting a refund from Adobe is like having a bikini wax (very painful, yes). The consultant that is assisting me has no clue on what they are doing. On their side they are saying that the payment is not reflecting. How??? It has been deducted from my account.
Please ADOBE, I need my money back
