I signed up for free trail of adobe Acrobat. After that i tried to cancel, but it didn't work and now im being charged for the product I'm not even using. What to do??

    Did you read the TERMS you agreed to when you gave Adobe your payment card?  You had 14 days to cancel & request a refund.

    I tried to Cancel the same, but couldn't, and now I'm being charged for the product features I'm not even using.

    If it does not cancel then you should contact support. You should not have waited beyond 14 days to ask for help on the forum. Now the only option for you is to contact support(use the link give above by Nancy) and convince them that you were short changed by the malfunctioning system, they might waive of your cancellation.
