Black Friday 50% deal for Photography Plan users

I'm unable to take advantage of this deal even though I'm eligible for it as a long, long time Photography Plan user. The terms of this deal specify "Offer available to first-time subscribers of Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps for individuals annual" (emphasis mine). I have never had the All Apps plan so I don't understand why I'm ineligible but when I try to upgrade it says that I can't get the deal. (See the screenshot.) Does anyone know what is going on here?

it's probably for first time subscribers, regardless of plan.

That isn't what the terms say, though. There's nothing in the terms that states it's for completely new customers, only that existing All Apps customers are not eligible (which I do understand.)

if you want to get confirmation from adobe, contact them.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

I suggest contacting Billing support via the Chat app. I had a similar annoyance about my full Creative Suite. I stated my case politely, and the agent switched me to the special deal plan....

But be quick. The deal is ending soon
