I see that you have an Acrobat subscription under the same email ID as you are using with the community. The subscription has some billing issues. In order to cancel the susbcription, kindly visit your Adobe account, resolved the billing issues and then you will be able to cancel the subscription. Link: https://adobe.ly/4oBF3uY.
