Cómo solicitar un reembolso

Buenos días. 

El 22 de Junio de 2023 adquirí la licencia por un año, hoy, 22 de Junio de 2024, me hicieron el cobro de un nuevo año, sin embargo, no voy a hacer uso del producto. La cancelación la hice hoy mismo, por lo que no han pasado 14 días nisiquiera. Me gustaría saber cómo es el proceso de reembolso, ya que no me solicitaron mis datos bancarios por ningún lado, y el pago lo hice con una tarjeta de crédito. Muchas gracias!

ideally, you should cancel just before auto-renewal.  but you have a good chance of being refunded if you contact adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
