Cambio de mail de ID

Question

Buenas, quiero cambiar mi mail de ID de la cuenta que me encuentro usando por una que habia eliminado hace tiempo pero no me deja vincularla ya que dice que se esta usando y cuando quiero ingresar a la vieja me dicen que ya fue eliminada y ya no se que hacer.
