Adobe ha cabiado sin ningun tipo de aviso el plan de estudiante a empresa cobrandome de 30€ a 60€ sin avisar. Aunque he entrado y he actualizado la información que solicitan, no veo que haya un servicio de ayuda para reclamar ese cobro extra, no hay chat y no hay correo. En mi caso yo elijo pagar la sub por que la licencia de la universidad suele dar problemas pero me parece una verguenza que te cambien de plan sin aisar a uno mas caro y encima no tengas donde reclamar. Por todo ello y si veo que en unos dias esto no se soluciona procederé a darme de baja definitivamente y a usar la competencia.
If you have a Teams/Enterprise subscription you can use the Admin Console to connect to Adobe support. If you are an individual subscriber you can follow the steps given below.
1. Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
2. Wait a bit on the page that opens up, it should automatically open a chat popup. If that does not happen then look for a call out/chat icon at the bottom right, click over it and the chat popup should open
3. In order to talk to a human type "AGENT" in the chat
