Can I upgrade 2 seperate subscriptions into Creative Cloud without cancellation cost?

If I understand things correctly, you can upgrade individual subscriptions. So if you just have the Photography subscription or just have the Premiere Pro subscription, you can upgrade that into the Creative Cloud subscription.

But what if you have both?

If I decide to subscribe to both Photography and Premiere Pro, it would be cheaper to buy them seperately as the total would be €36 as opposed to CC's €62. But if I ever decide I need After Effects as well, I would want to cancel both individual subscriptions and instead take Creative Cloud. Would this be possible, or would I have to pay a cancellation fee for one of the two plans? Because the way I see it, if I upgrade Photography into full CC, then I will also still have the individual Premiere Pro subscription running? Despite getting it through CC as well?

any subscription change from one annual plan to another annual plan is penalty-free. ie, it doesn't matter whether you have one, two or many apps in either the current or the next plan.

the only (possible) down-side is that when you change an annual plan, the year restarts when the change is made.
