Can NOT disable two step authentication (2FA)

I have Two Factor Authentication disabled on my Adobe Account, but when I log in to any of my apps or Creative Cloud, I still get a Pop-Up to receive a code vial email (or I can choose a text). Until last week, this only happened on my Desktop. Now when I use Adobe on my Laptop and log-in, I am also required to use the 2FA on there as well. Please help and thank you.

i don't recommend you do that, but if that's what you want:

re-enable 2fa.

log out of adobe.com

then go to your account, accounts.adobe.com (you'll be forced to log in to adobe.com using 2fa, again.

then disable 2fa.  you should be required to confirm that change with a 2fa email or text.

confirm the change and that should disable 2fa
