Can't access any apps on my laptop, but my home computer is fine.

When I try to actually use my apps from my laptop, nothing is available and it just says trial ended for all the apps I own. Yes I am logged in with the same account, yes I do have a subscription because I use them every day at home and money is coming out of my bank and to adobe every month.
Can somebody please tell me either how to fix this or how to actually contact someone? I've looked on the adobe help site for about 30 minutes and can't find out how the hell to actually talk with a human being. You thought a multi-billion dollar company almost completely based on graphic and website design would have something easier to navigate...
