Can't add PL VAT number to PayPal payment

I'm editing my payment information according to https://helpx.adobe.com/pl/manage-account/using/update-vat-id-for-eu-countries.html

I enter my VAT number, click the "PayPal" button (there is no "Save" one), log in to PayPal, back to the page. When I open the payment details again, the VAT number is empty.

Did I miss something?

@Paweł Łabaj the error message states that the VAT is not supported with that payment method. Please follow the directions in the error and use a different payment method if you wish to input the Value Added Tax information.
