I'm trying to cancel my subscription for inDesign, because I need the money and I don't use it; my problem is, before cancelling, it is telling me that I will be billed almost $100 for cancelling it early, which I'd understand, but the thing is, I was cancelling it the day that it was due to be renewed.
My subscription is Annual/billed monthly, and I've been paying for it since September.
Now, of course I'd rather pay the $20 each month and lose $100 but it is still money im wasting.

You should be able to chat with an agent
https://helpx.adobe.com/ie/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html
You can then click the speech bubble in the bottom right corner to activate a chat.

You can get help on account and billing issues only from Adobe support as mentioned by @Eugene Tyson. So get in touch with them. You can use the instructions given below to directly open a chat window and connect to a human instead of a bot.
1. Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
2. Wait a bit on the page that opens up, it should automatically open a chat popup. If that does not happen then look for a call out/chat icon at the bottom right, click over it and the chat popup should open
3. In order to talk to a human type "AGENT" in the chat box
4. If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your adblockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.
P.S. Be mindful of answering anyone who sends you a private message. See the following for more information about scammers
