Can't cancel my Adobe plan

My trial ended on March 4th 2021. I logged on to my account on march 4th to cancel. There was a message: Your trial ends today. I treid to cancel but I couldn't. I searched on Adobe support and saw this: Don't see Cancel plan? The option isn't available if we're processing your payment or had a problem with it. Try again in 24 hours. I tried to cancel in the followig days but the cancell button still wasn't there. How can i cancel my plan?

If the information does not help, then you need to contact support.
Login to your account and navigate to the URL below. Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled, and all script blockers are disabled.
