A few months ago, I started my 1-month trial of Adobe and forgot to cancel before the end of the trial. Since then, Adobe has been trying to charge me but if I read it right, I can't cancel the plan until I pay my bill, so I've blocked my bank account because no way I'm paying for something I don't use. Does anyone know how I could still cancel my plan? Only helpful answers plz.

that's correct. you must fix your payment problem before you can cancel.
