Can't Cancel My Storage Plan

Hello! I'm trying to cancel my CC Files Storage 1TB Plan. I go through the correct procedure, but just before completion, I get the message 'Unable To Load Data.' I've tried relaoding, using different browsers, using different devices, turning-off anti-virus/sheild, but nothing gives. It's been 48hrs of trying. Any thoughts?

try using a mobile phone's updated non-opera browser with wifi disabled.
