Can't Cancel Plan, Can't contact customer services

Hi
I just wanted to check out the adobe free trial version and i forgot to cancel my trial so it ended up asking for money because i was using my empty card and it has been 2 months asking me for money and i just relized that so i went to cancel my plan so it doesn't take anymore money but i can't, it says you i gotta pay first to be able to cancel it. I tried to contact customer services for almost 2 days but everytime they say "We would request you to please contact us back after 3- 4 hours. We apologize for the inconvenience." and leave the chat.
It is gonna take another fee 2 days later so i would appreciate if anyone helped me.
