Can't Canel - Plans Won't Load in User Account

If I navigate to the Accounts section (https://account.adobe.com/ or https://account.adobe.com/plans) of my Adobe login, the plans boxes fail to load.

This means I am unable to cancel my trial. 

Any ideas?

in particular, a mobile phone's browser is the most likely to succeed.  and if you use the same computer the different browser should not be opera and using an updated one in private/incognito mode may succeed.
