Can't change country/region

Good afternoon,

I recently moved to Spain from the Netherlands. After moving, I found out my credit card was going to expire so I wanted to add my Spanish credit card. I was not able to do this and someone from Adobe Services I chatted with told me to cancel my subscription and try again when I needed a new one. Today is the day my subscription is canceled. I managed to change the region to Spain but when I want to buy a new plan, I can't change the region/address. I can't add my new credit card details nor can I change my VAT number. And there is nowhere on this site that can help me with this so that is why I'm filling in this form. I was able to chat to someone when I still had my plan but no I can't. And I need the plan today!

Hope to hear from someone soon.

Kind regards,
Eline

Thank you for your reply kglad!

I had tried all of that but it still didn't work. However, I just chatted with someone from Adobe via Facebook and apparently, there was a glitch with my account which is why it didn't work. So, all resolved now!

Have a great day

The country associated with your adobe id must match the store you purchase from and must match the payment address. otherwise, change what's necessary to make your purchase:

change country associated with adobe id - https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/change-country-associated-with-adobe-id.html

change currency - https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1999694

change store - http://www.adobe.com/store_selector/storeselector.html

change adobe.com website language - https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1999693
