Can't delete my account

Hello. I'm trying to cancel my adobe plan and delete my account cause I made the account on a business e-mail that I no longer have access to. But Adobe asks me to check my inbox everytime I try to login. So I CAN'T LOG IN AND CANCEL. I will do another Adobe plan on my personal e-mail, but I can't do that until I cancel the other one (since I won't PAY FOR 2 ACCOUNTS)

 

Help????
