Can't find my Adobe account

I'm paying by Direct Debit for Lightroom and Photoshop more than 2 years now and when I log in to Adobe it doesn't show anything and asks me to start free trial. Can you help please?

Hi @MonikaJon,

Is this a personal account that you are talking about or a teams/enterprise account? Make sure that you are logged into Creative Cloud using the ID that has the subscription purchased. It might be a case that you might have bought it on another account and looking for it on a different account.
