can't sign in & can't access chat

hi all,

 

I activated 2 step sign in, which has an old phone number. So now I can't sign in, to fix the phone number. And I can't find "lets chat" anywhere...I have been searching for almost an hour.

 

I'm very unimpressed with adobe right now. 

 

and I'm very grateful to whoever can help me. TIA
