I recently got a new laptop and tried to subscribe to the Lightroom 1 TB plan, all credentials were correct, yet it didn't register as such (it was invalid). Checked the bank and they said nothing was wrong from their and my card's end. I'd like to receive assistance please.

Thank you

adobe doesn't accept debit cards.  <- this is, apparently, incorrect.

use a credit card or other options, depending what country you're in.

Debit or credit is not the issue. A question that never should've been raised as Adobe accepts both.

Hi @nicholas_6270,

We are sorry for the trouble. Could you try an alternative payment method? Also, could you try making the purchase using a different device?

Let us know if it brings any change.
