can we redownload adobe movie maker

Adobe doesn't have a product called Movie Maker. Are you talking about Premiere Elements? If you bought it from Adobe, you should be able to download it from your account page. 

1. Log in to your account: account.adobe.com
2. Click Plans in the menu bar
3. Click Order History on the left
4. You should see a list of the products you purchased from Adobe
5. Click the order link associated with the product you want to download. A page with the registration number and a download link is displayed
6. Click the Downloads and serial numbers link. A page with links for the various downloadable installer files is displayed along with your registration number.

I think you may be confusing software companies.

Adobe currently has 4 video editing products:

• Premier Elements
• Premier Pro
• Premier Rush
• After Effects.

For Movie Maker, look at the Windows Store.
