would like to cancel my subscription before it renews. I have an email adviceing my to log into my account to cancel the renewal. But that has gotten me nowhere. Can anyone help with this please?

Hi,
According to my phone settings my adobe subscription has been expired in december but adobe is still charging me from last 2-3 months. Please cancel my subscription as soon as possible

I'm having the same problem! I have cancelled it a few times through my online account but they are still trying to get the payment . I even have confirmation that it has cancelled

As per your account details, the annual prepaid subscription renewed 10 days ago. I confirm that you have cancelled your subscription. It will end on June 15, 2026.

Hi, the plan did not renew. I cancelled it when the remider of renewal email came through before the date of the actual renewal payment date. Can you please stop submitting payment to my 2 bank accounts. Can you confirm once this is actioned that it is cancelled for this year.

i'm not adobe.
fixing your payment won't change any authorizations, but if you already agreed to something and you owe adobe money because of that, you can expect to be billed.
