Cancel a duplicated account without penalty

Hi. I hope you can help me. I moved to a new company. Adobe required me to update my subscription in March. During this time I was absolutely drowning in work as I was going on leave for while. I can't do my work without Adobe. I came back from leave yesterday and noticed I now have two Adobe accounts. My initial account and now one under my new company. Somewhere in the process with the account to be under my new employment email there was a duplication. I need to cancel the my previous account. But please do not apply the penalty because of the duplication. I will continue on my other account through my work. Your help in this regard is greatly appreciated. To make things worse, my bank account got hacked and I have to cancel all subscriptions, accounts etc. attached to it while the bank investigates. Your help in this regard will be greatly appreciated.

Hi @albert_myburgh_1168,

Thanks for reaching out. I checked your account details and found that you have an active subscription for Adobe Acrobat Pro. I could not find any another subscription associated with this email ID.
Where can you see two Adobe accounts? Could you share a screenshot?

We're here to help.
