cancel membership

im being billed from adobe but according to this account I dont have any active plans and I cant get in contact with customer service. I just want to figure out how to cancel whatever plan this is so it stops billing my account.

    check your invoice for the account being billed.

    p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.

    Maybe you have another account under a different ID (email).
