I recently subscribed to Adobe Acrobat Pro, but I faced issues during the software downloading and installation process.
Due to this problem, I was unable to use the software properly and therefore, I do not wish to continue with the plan.
However, I noticed that an invoice has already been generated automatically under standing instructions for payment.
Hence, I request you to please cancel my current Adobe Acrobat Pro and stop any automatic payment deduction linked to my account.
We cannot cancel your subscription from this forum. Please follow the steps here, starting with https://account.adobe.com/plans.
https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html
Please note that an annual subscription is discounted, and therefore has a fee for early cancellation. You can cancel without the fee if you do so within 14 days of subscribing.

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
if you're unable to follow the steps described, check your account (https://account.adobe.com) for a payment problem. all payment problems must be resolved before cancellation
