I have been using Adobe Creative Suite as a student since May 2019 (with that, I have seen an increase in monthly payments from €19,66 to €30,24). I cannot financially manage to pay this anymore and therefore would like to cancel my subscription from September 2022. However, I now have to pay a CANCELLATION FEE of ~€120,00, as my subscription is yearly. This surprises me very much, as I have already been an Adobe used since May 2019 and do now understand how I am still locked in this yearly subscription. Next to that, the website does not provide me any information on when my subscription does end (which month?).
I am disappointed I cannot seem to end the subscription in the way that I want to and hope there is a solution.

Just file a chargeback with your credit card company.. that is what I've had to do, Adobe is billing people and not providing a simple / easy cancellation method, this goes agasnit Visa / MC rules and the "restore online shoppers" act.
Actually, it is impossible for me to get in touch with Adobe's support team. The Adobe Virtual Assistant is of no help and as I am residing in The Netherlands the phone number to call Adobe does not work. Is there an email address I can direct my concerns to?
