Cancel of plan

I dont have the programmes any longer, and I missed the end date of my plan, and it started a new one. It cost me so much money, which I cant afford. I am writing to you within the 14 days of cancellation, and I immidiatly cancelled my plan. I would really really appreciate an refund, as this is making a huge negative impact in my life, and I guess it wont have an negative impact in adobes life to give me the refund of a product I dont even own.
