Hi Adobe
I dont have the programmes any longer, and I missed the end date of my plan, and it started a new one. It cost me so much money, which I cant afford. I am writing to you within the 14 days of cancellation, and I immidiatly cancelled my plan. I would really really appreciate an refund, as this is making a huge negative impact in my life, and I guess it wont have an negative impact in adobes life to give me the refund of a product I dont even own.

Just to mention its an annual plan. I didnt even get a mail from you, saying it was about to expire and buy a new year. I hope you respect my propose, as now I have paid the same amount of money as I use on food in three months. And since you already charged the money and I cancelled I dont have access to the product. So in an honest way is this really necessary?
