Cancel plan for account with deleted university email
Hi!
I had an account (not this one) while I was at university associated with my university email, and my university email account has since been deleted. I'm worried I'm still being charged for the plan, and I'm unable to login and check because the email account no longer exists. When I try to ask the chatbot about this, it fails to understand the issue and I don't know how I can speak to a real person. Any suggestions?
