1st you should never allow someone else to use your credit card
2nd YOU can't cancel since you don't own the subscription
3rd I doubt support can help, but you can try
Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the Covid virus, so wait times are long

You MUST make sure that your browser does NOT block ads, scripts, or pop-ups
You MUST also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for the link to work

4th you may need to cancel your credit card, which MAY mean Adobe will send you to a collection agency

Thanks for the advice. I made the mistake of lending my credit card to a friend, and I learned the hard way not to do it again.
It didn't work using the chat bot due to not having a subscription, so I sent a direct message on Twitter.
I found out I have an Adobe subscription because the payment has been declined for the past three months because my credit card had a negative balance. The subscription began in November 2022. Last month, I contacted my bank and had the old card cancelled and a new one issued. I also reached out to iPhone customer care, who confirmed that no subscriptions had been made through any of my accounts. This month, as my balance increased, it seemed like the subscription fees were automatically deducted (here is a screenshot). I am now confused and looking to cancel the subscription permanently.

contact your friend. if they're no longer your friend, contact your credit card issuer and have them invalidate your card and issue a new one (that you don't share).

Not friends anymore... cancelled the card last month. I just want to cancel subscription for my peace of mind bz it seems to me that the subscription fees are still deducted.

If the subscription is not in your name you can't cancel... and nobody in a public forum can give any direct help
You said "didn't work using the chat bot due to not having a subscription" which means that even Adobe support won't be able to help cancel a subscription that is not in your name

if the card is canceled fees can't be added.

The last time something similar happened, it turned out that the credit card company transferred the recurring payment from the old card to the new card... since the recurring payment was based on a contract... as I remember from that discussion (details are gone, this was not recent) the person who cancelled the card and was then surprised that the payment was transferred to the new card did not understand that a subscription is a contract
In this case the owner of the credit card is going to have a hard time getting this cancelled... since, at one time, the card number was freely given to the person who actually owns the subscription
What MAY need to be done is cancel the new card and get a credit card from an entirely different company

You have really put yourself in a bad place by letting someone else use your credit card
You need to call your credit card company and cancel your new card... and tell them that further use of your card is fraud and they may NOT provide your new credit card number to anyone since YOU did not agree to a contract with Adobe
Be prepared to have to hire an attorney, since you did, at one time, allow someone else to use your card

Only one thing I can think of. If you cancel a card, the card issuers automatically notify the people you have subscriptions with, so you don't lose subscriptions. Did you tell the card company about the fraudulent (yes, it's fraudulent) use of your card - this specific use with Adobe? If so, it's their responsibility NOT to transfer that one, and they should reimburse you. However, if you just cancel it without telling them the specific problem, they will have no responsibility.

It's logical. I canceled it to prevent my friend from using it. Later on, I contacted the bank to confirm that Adobe hasn't withdrawn any money during the past three months when my card had negative balance, and they won't do so when I reactivate the card, without any further explanation. The bank representative reassured me that the money can't be withdrawn since I replaced the card.
