Contact your bank and cancel the credit card.

You have really put yourself in a bad place by letting someone else use your credit card

You need to call your credit card company and cancel your new card... and tell them that further use of your card is fraud and they may NOT provide your new credit card number to anyone since YOU did not agree to a contract with Adobe

Be prepared to have to hire an attorney, since you did, at one time, allow someone else to use your card

contact your friend.  if they're no longer your friend, contact your credit card issuer and have them invalidate your card and issue a new one (that you don't share).

Not friends anymore... cancelled the card last month. I just want to cancel subscription for my peace of mind bz it seems to me that the subscription fees are still deducted.

1st you should never allow someone else to use your credit card

2nd YOU can't cancel since you don't own the subscription

3rd I doubt support can help, but you can try

Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the Covid virus, so wait times are long
.
You MUST make sure that your browser does NOT block ads, scripts, or pop-ups
You MUST also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for the link to work
.
This link will go directly to the chat option
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person
-Meaning type in the word Agent without the quote " " marks
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
or
Twitter tweet @AdobeCare
.
Adobe does NOT do support by email, so beware of answering anyone who sends you a private message
-click for more information about scammers https://tinyurl.com/10791730

4th you may need to cancel your credit card, which MAY mean Adobe will send you to a collection agency

Thanks for the advice. I made the mistake of lending my credit card to a friend, and I learned the hard way not to do it again.

It didn't work using the chat bot due to not having a subscription, so I sent a direct message on Twitter.

I found out I have an Adobe subscription because the payment has been declined for the past three months because my credit card had a negative balance. The subscription began in November 2022. Last month, I contacted my bank and had the old card cancelled and a new one issued. I also reached out to iPhone customer care, who confirmed that no subscriptions had been made through any of my accounts. This month, as my balance increased, it seemed like the subscription fees were automatically deducted (here is a screenshot). I am now confused and looking to cancel the subscription permanently.
