Hello, I subscribed to Adobe Photoshop, I only wanted to use a trial version of your programme to evaluate Adobe Photoshop and see if I would use it in the future. I used Adobe Photoshop for the period of time that was indicated as free, weighed the pros and cons and realized that I was not ready to purchase your product now. And yet, tonight, 28.09.2020, money was debited from my bank card. A terrible mistake has been made. I am not ready to pay for a product that I am not going to use. I did not use Adobe Photoshop after the money was debited from my card. I canceled my subscription immediately. I hope that you will understand. A terrible misunderstanding has occurred and I ask you to return the money to my account, because, again, I did not use your product, beyond what was available to me for the free period.
