I would like to cancel my current plan because I don't use it very often anymore, but when I want cancel it, I have to pay more then €200,- because I have a yearly plan. My plan runs until November. Is there any other way I could cancel the plan without having to pay so much money?

Please go to Adobe Customer Service (Make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups and cookies on your browser. You may not be able to see the chat window if using a VPN.):
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

phone:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

Hi Kglad,

They offered me 90 days for free to explore the products and so I can save some money. The cancellation fee will reduce every month as closer reach to 1-year tenure. So in 3 months I can decide whether I want to continu using Adobe or still cancel. If I cancel then, the early cancellation fee will be lower.

I think this is a good compromise, of do you have some other advice for me?

i'd be careful.  usually that 3 month deal gives you a 15 month subscription for the cost of 12 months.  and i think the "free" 3 months are at the start, so if you cancel at the 3 month mark, you'll owe the penalty on 12months = 6 months of payments.

now, if you are going to use your subscription programs, that's a good deal.  but if you're not going to use them, you get no benefit.
