Hi there, I would like to cancel my plan without having to pay the fee. The reason i'm trying to cancel is because I can't afford it right now and I cannot afford to pay a cancelation fee of $200.

plead your case ti adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

I started a Free Trial of DreamWeaver on 24-Mar-2024 and I decided to cancel today however  I can find the plan to cancel in plan management: Adobe Account -> Plans and Payment -> Plans

The chatbot does not help at all.

Ther eis no email and no way to talk to a real person to help.

I could not find a way to ask a question in this community.

It is very frustrating how Adobe give such a poor support to users.

Adobe support please help with the cancellation of my plan

My plan is currently linked to my old university account.

[Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers]

I want to completely delete this plan and do not want to pay any more monthly fees on it

It keeps asking me to update payment information, I do not want to subscribe for any additional months

I am at a new university with a new email that provides an Adobe Pro account

if your school administered your plan, contact your plan admin, https://helpx.adobe.com/in/enterprise/kb/contact-administrator.html

if you administered your plan, make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.

Fight fire with fire. Call the bank and contest the charges. Eventually the banks will not want to work with dishonest thieves like adobe employees.
