Hi,
I've mistakenly purchased a mobile subscription to Lightroom. I don't want it as I want to be able to use Lightroom on my PC as well.
I've asked for a cancellation and refund via Google play but they say I need to contact the developer.
Does anybody knows who I need to contact? It's quite frustrating that I'm locked for a year in a mobile subscription and that I cannot get the subscription I want.
Regards,
Alin

google play should handle it. you can try contacting adobe support but because the subscription is between you and google play, google play needs to resolve this.
there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):
chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
