Cancel Subscription and Delete Account
I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription, but I’ve faced continuous difficulties. I only wish to pay for the current month, yet I haven’t been able to proceed with the cancellation. Could you please guide me on who to contact or provide an email address that can assist with this issue? Reaching the support team has been extremely challenging.
Additionally, I keep receiving an error message on the website, although the application works perfectly on my PC without any billing issues detected. I want to clarify that I don’t have any billing problems—I’ve already paid the required amount. My sole request is to cancel my subscription and even delete my account if possible.
This process has been very frustrating. The only reason I’m still subscribed and being charged is because I’ve been unable to cancel despite numerous attempts. I would greatly appreciate your prompt support in resolving this matter.
