Cancel subscription I did not pay for

A week ago or so I used a free trial for this app. My friend needed it and I don't even know what this app does. I use adobe premiere pro in school but nothing else adobe. I set a reminder to cancel my free trial and so I did, or at least I thought I did. So now $70 just came out of my bank and I needed that money to pay for some bills. Guess i'm 70 dollars short now and will have to work a couple shifts to make that up. 😕😕

if you purchased from the apple store, you'll need to cancel via that store.  if you purchased from adobe.com, make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html



and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.



if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step.  (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)

Not to mention I called the number it has listed, went through an entire process to get the agent I needed all for the robot on the other end to tell me they're not in today. Online it says they open at 6:00 and close windows at 6:00
