Cancel Subscription

I want to cancel my subscription i get "Contact support to make changes to plan", I am in no position to call the customer service. I cant find the Live chat link. What are my options.

 

I cant believe that you cant even provide a service to cancel your subscription online. In the meanwhile i got charged for another month.

If the information does not help, then you need to contact support.
Login to your account and navigate to the URL below. Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled, and all script blockers are disabled.

Click on the chat icon on the bottom right, and type AGENT to avoid bots and talk to a human.

I cancel the free trail before expired but they charged me the suscription. PLEASE cancel that charge, I have billing probiems with my wallet. I just use the free trail 1 day, I can't afford $30 a month while I'm filing Bankrupcy. HELP ME

contact support:  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

I suspect you can't cancel online, because they have to inform you of the cancellation fee and have you accept it.

You can also try searching for Adobe customer support using your favorite search engine. This normally returns a regionally appropriate phone number in the first few results.

 

Typing BILLING instead of AGENT may connect you directly to someone who can help resolve both the cancellation issue and the extra month's charge. Be aware that if you signed up for an annual subscription, Adobe charges a cancellation fee unless your attempt to cancel was in the last month of the subscription.
