I would like to cancel my subscription (Illustration) without any penalty. I've never used this program so far. I was wondering if I could get refund for my fee which is already paid (3 months).

It would be highly appreciated if you can give me an answer soon.

Cancel Adobe trial or subscription In the case of an annual contract, there is no cancellation fee depending on the payment method, and there is no refund for the remaining period. I don't get why Adobe is punishing their customers for no longer wishing to use the service. It's not like they have to do anything when someone cancels.
